Standard Shipping

We ship direct from our Northern California Candle Factory to all areas of the United States, Canada and Europe.  SHIPPING CHARGES can be seen by placing your items in the "add this to my cart" button, then click the "estimate shipping" button on the bottom left. 

STANDARD UPS GROUND delivery is usually within 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) from order date.

UPS CANADA STANDARD orders are delivered via ground service within 10-15 business days of order date.*

EUROPEAN UPS EXPEDITED orders are delivered via air within 10-15 business days. 

Delivery times include order processing, embellishing and personalizing your candle(s) and shipping.  Please let us know when you need your candles by typing in the "Special Instructions" box when checking out.

*Please note that Canadian orders will be assigned a brokeragae agent by UPS and will incur brokerage, duties and taxes (GST and PST) at the time of delivery.  These fees are in addition to the shipping fees we charge you from the site.
